Marissa Lyttle, MA

Marissa Lyttle is a Master's Level Counselor with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family. With experience in mental health and therapeutic settings, as well as corporate coaching and leadership, she brings a unique perspective to helping people navigate both personal and professional challenges.

She works with adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or uncertain about their next steps. Many of her clients are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, boundary-setting, or questions about identity and purpose. While their experiences may differ, they often share a common goal: wanting to feel more confident, grounded, and aligned with the life they want to create.

Her approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and informed by person-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused practices. She believes meaningful change begins with self-awareness and helps clients uncover the patterns, beliefs, and habits that influence how they show up in their relationships, careers, and everyday lives. Together, they identify what is no longer serving them, build on existing strengths, and create practical strategies that support lasting growth.

Known for her warm, honest, and collaborative style, Marissa creates a space where clients feel both supported and challenged. She believes growth isn't about perfection or having everything figured out; it's about learning to trust yourself, embrace change, and move forward with greater intention and authenticity.

Outside of her professional work, Marissa is a mother and Atlanta native who enjoys live music, exploring local restaurants, DIY projects, cooking, spending time outdoors, and sharing the kind of laughter that leaves your stomach sore. She believes life is meant to be experienced fully, not perfectly, but authentically.
