Alexandra Marshall, MSHE
Co-Founder and Lead Health Educator
Alexandra Marshall, MSHE, is a Decatur native, military veteran, and dedicated health educator. After nearly a decade of service in the United States Air Force (2008–2017), Alex earned her certificate in Personal Training and started her own wellness journey. Alex then transitioned into public health, earning her Master of Science in Health Education from Purdue University and her Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Women's Studies from Spelman College. Her experience in Health Education has spanned over a decade in areas such as reproductive justice, weight management, & behavior change. Alex’s post-graduate career experience is rooted in program & operational support as a contractor for the Centers of Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta, GA, where she specialized in strategic planning & conference facilitation.
Alex is the Co-Founder and Lead Health Educator at (plural) wellness collective, where she is passionate about making physical fitness accessible and sustainable for everyday families. Alex’s hobbies include watching and discussing movies, bonding with other intentional women, and traveling with her husband and two children. Alex is dedicated to being a champion of holistic wellness, community engagement, and equitable health education across Metro Atlanta and beyond.
