Alexandra Marshall, MSHE

Co-Founder and Lead Health Educator

Alexandra Marshall, MSHE, is a Decatur native, military veteran, and dedicated health educator. After nearly a decade of service in the United States Air Force (2008–2017), earned her certificate in Personal Training and started her own wellness journey. Alex then transitioned into public health, earning her Master of Science in Health Education from Purdue University and her Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Women's Studies from Spelman College. Alex is the Co-Founder and Lead Health Educator at (plural) wellness collective, where she is passionate about making physical fitness accessible and sustainable for everyday families. Married with two children, she continues to champion holistic wellness, community engagement, and equitable health education across Metro Atlanta and beyond.
